Robert Smith founded Smith Law Group to give Manhattan families a steadier path through divorce, custody, and the financial strain that often comes with them. Admitted to the New York State Bar, he has spent more than 20 years in family court and at the negotiating table, and his practice today also covers estate planning and consumer bankruptcy. He handles every matter personally and takes a straightforward approach: explain the law in plain English, protect what matters most to you, and settle disputes without unnecessary conflict whenever possible.
